Candice L. Hensley is our relationship and coordinating assistant and is responsible for greeting clients, thoroughly reading Contracts, ordering title examinations and assisting in making the closing process go smoothly.
Rebekkah May is our post closing administrator. Ms. May handles all aspects of the closing once the file has completed, including title insurance policies, providing lenders with necessary closing documents, funding approval and sending out payments due from closing.
Cynthia Huskey Cravens is a Senior Title Agent who has 20 years closing experience, dealing primarily in the manufactured home area of real estate. She is highly specialized in this area and provides excellent services. She is a graduate of Sevier County High School.
