Once that is determined, closing can take place and title insurance is issued for the property. Title Insurance is insurance that is paid one time and will protect the lender and\/or owner against any claims that may be made against the property.<\/p>\n

It is our responsibility to have all necessary documents prepared for closing, collect and distribute funds and ensure that all new titles, deeds and other documents are filed appropriately.<\/p>\n
