REBEKKAH

Rebekkah May, of Sevier County, Tennessee, and alumni of Sevier County High School Class of 1998, handles post-closing and title management. She resides in Sevier County alongside her husband and children.

Within our organization, Rebekkah serves as our post-closer, entrusted with the handling of closing documents following the receipt of mail-outs for the finalization of closings by our agents. With an eye for detail, she organizes documents in the requisite sequence and ensures the provision of copies to all relevant parties, facilitating timely disbursements and the delivery of original documents to lenders.

Beyond her primary responsibilities, Rebekkah assumes the role of the issuance of title policies, Her proficiency extends to handle pertinent documents to lenders and buyers, ensuring seamless post-closing processes.

In addition to her post-closing procedures, Rebekkah oversees closed files, promptly addressing any post-closing inquiries.
