Candice Hensley is a native of Kodak, Tennessee, and an alumni of Sevier County High School Class of 1985. Her professional journey at Magnolia Title underscores her commitment to precision and thoroughness, particularly in the critical role of reviewing and confirming details within real estate transactions.

As an integral part of the team, Candice assumes responsibility of ensuring the accuracy of incoming contracts. Her duties extend to revisiting documents prior to recording, diligently verifying every aspect to ensure compliance and completeness. Beyond this, Candice reviews orders, prioritizes entries and processes new orders.

In addition to her core responsibilities, Candice adeptly manages general office tasks, from answering phones and taking messages to overseeing the receipt of earnest money and dispatching essential documents. Her attention to detail permeates every aspect of her work, ensuring that each closed file receives thorough scrutiny to resolve any discrepancies before final documentation is recorded in the appropriate registry.
