Candice L. Hensley is our relationship and coordinating assistant and is responsible for greeting clients, thoroughly reading Contracts, ordering title examinations and assisting in making the closing process go smoothly.
Morgan Greene and Diana Webb are our closing coordinators and are responsible for customer service, general office duties and assisting the closing agents. Mrs. Morgan Greene is a graduate of Heritage High School. She is responsible for preparing documents to be filed, sending closing packages to lenders, preparing title insurance policies, and sending recording documents to the appropriate parties.
Rebekkah May is our post closing administrator. Ms. May handles all aspects of the closing once the file has completed, including title insurance policies, providing lenders with necessary closing documents, funding approval and sending out payments due from closing.
Our company’s Managing Title Agent is Donna McClure Chandler. Mrs. Chandler attended Sevier County High School and completed her paralegal certification at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She has 36 years legal experience with 21 of those years dedicated to real estate closings.
Cynthia Huskey Cravens is a Senior Title Agent who has 20 years closing experience, dealing primarily in the manufactured home area of real estate. She is highly specialized in this area and provides excellent services. She is a graduate of Sevier County High School.
